On Tuesday, June 18th, 2025, Business Point officially broke ground on their latest development, Toronto East Business Centre, located at 1430 Birchmount Rd in Scarborough. The event brought together a diverse group of attendees that included real estate professionals, local investors, and industry stakeholders. The groundbreaking marks a major milestone in the launch of this ambitious industrial condo project, designed to meet the growing demand for modern, flexible workspace in the GTA.
On Monday, September 9th, 2024, Business Point broke the ground for their most recent project, Pickering Corporate Centre, located at 1030 Salk Rd. The attendees kicked off the program with networking and socializing. One could see a wide spectrum of invitees ranging from construction related professionals to real estate investors.
